Johanna Farez is a registered 200h Yoga Teacher who draws inspiration from Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Metta Meditation (lovingkindness) and Positive Psychology. She provides fun, beginner friendly Vinyasa classes where you can explore and develop your very own Yoga journey through movement, empowerment, kindness, authenticity and community.
