our return policy


Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only provided that: - Items are returned within 3 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached
- Then item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer Please note: due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.




how do i return an item?


1. Email info@thedoublevclothing.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return
2. We will email you a form to include in your parcel
3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Thedoublevclothing will not accept any items returned damaged in any way
4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form, We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
5. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!




faulty items


Please email info@thedoublevclothing.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 3 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 1 month will not be accepted **Refunds will only be issued in the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced**
