About the Event

Make your Saturday a self-care day. Join us in our first event in Paphos, at a new gathering place. 

Our one day retreat is a wonderful way of spending time on the beach, catch up with friends and have some recreational moments. 

Enjoy a gentle 30 minute yoga practice designed to stretch out your body and relax your mind and some face yoga to stimulate your face muscles.  Afterwards, indulge yourself with a homemade refreshing smoothie bowl and healthy drinks.
